Varna Mayor resigns. No Government. No Mayors, No Schengen entry, who is going to be running the country :: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

It's very sad and drastic when somebody has to do something like this to make a valid point especially on crime and corruption

The news comes on the very same day when the country is mourning Varna man, Plamen Goranov, who passed away Sunday after setting himself on fire.
Goranov, 36, took the drastic action on February 20, amid a wave of massive protests across the country against poverty, economic stagnation and corruption.

It seems to me the whole world is in the same mess. From the resignation of the Pope to the death of a prime minister and then all of the different mayors and political people throwing in the towel.
At least when they are all down the only way is up All this discontentment may have come to a head now and we can only pray it sorts every thing out from politics to banks from employment to education and health A new design is needed now.

The Mayor resigned because he has been kept in office by the boys in Black who run Varna and have tentacles everywhere. Plamen is a martyr because he was so despairing of ever getting rid of the people who really run the country. Varna people are asking for a square to be named after him as Plamen is apparently a derivative of the word flame which is so apt. He was an artist and this information was recently given to me by a fellow University friend who said he was a very sensitive man. What a loss but at least the Mayor has gone. Maybe his death will highlight the corruption that has been going on for years and I hope that Brussels and Britain will realise that the Bulgarians themselves want to be rid of corruption. However, this extreme sacrifice must show that it cannot happen by a stroke of a pen by anyone. So very sad.
